It's been awhile...

I've obviously been taking a break from writing on here. Life has taken some turns and I'm taking time to soak it all in, grieve over loss, and prep for the next step in my family's life. I'll update you more later.

Continue to stay tuned about the Fit Mom's 4 Life 6 week challenge.  Although I've postponed it for now, I will be doing that in the near future once life settles down.  My goal is to start it early next year after the holidays.
