Journey to a new back: workouts and giveaway

I'm slowly getting back into my workout routine, but I realize I have to be careful because re-injuring my back shortly after the initial injury is worse the 2nd time around.

What's working for me:
the heating pad is wonderful

level 1 of 30 day shred(modified)
walking

And, I know many of you have heard me talk about Jillian Michaels workouts.  I love her 30 day shred workout, especially level 1.  The level 1 workout does wonders for my back.
